Present & Prepared: Couples Birth Workshop is a hands-on, practical class designed to help couples walk into birth confident, connected, and ready.
Led by Dr. David, chiropractor, owner of Pure Light Chiropractic, and dad of two (with one on the way), this workshop equips partners with real tools, understanding, and confidence for labor, delivery, and postpartum.
All proceeds from this community equipping event go directly to Deep Roots — The Nonprofit, supporting access to alternative birth services for under-resourced families across Central Oregon and helping restore dignity and autonomy to families by giving them the financial means to make empowered birth choices outside of insurance restraints and unattainable out-of-pocket costs.
